Request to Delete Your Account and Data

If you wish to delete your account and associated data for the Pharmacity app, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Pharmacity app.
2. Go to the Settings page.
3. Scroll all the way down and click on the Close Account button.
4. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

What happens next:

• Your account will be deactivated immediately.
• All associated data will be permanently deleted after 14 days.
• If you change your mind during the 14-day period, you can contact us to restore your account.

Note: Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
